This Privacy Policy explains how nurrizqi.com ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data, following the principles of Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP).

1. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), selected website type/prototype and features, and your message.
• Trial form: name, business name, business type, city, WhatsApp number, email, selected plan, message (optional), and the time you agreed to the terms.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type (user agent) when a form is submitted, to prevent spam and abuse.
• Cookies: session and security (CSRF) cookies needed for the website to work. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. Purposes

• Contacting you to follow up on requests, consultations or trials.
• Setting up and running your trial or subscription website.
• Sending invoices and important service information.
• Keeping the service secure and preventing spam or abuse.

Your data is never sold and is not used for advertising.

3. Legal basis

We process data based on the consent you give when submitting a form, and to perform the service agreement if you subscribe.

4. Storage & security

• Data is stored on servers in Jakarta, Indonesia (hosting provider: Dewaweb).
• Data is protected with HTTPS, restricted admin access with two-step verification (2FA), and regular backups with limited access.
• Third-party processors involved: the hosting provider and the email delivery service. They only process data to run our service.
• Contact and trial requests are kept as long as needed to follow up and run the service, for at most [to be decided: e.g. 24 months] after the last interaction, then deleted.

5. Your rights

Under UU PDP, you have the right to:

• request access to and a copy of your personal data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to processing.
