Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website subscription service (Website-as-a-Service) provided by nurrizqi.com ("we"). By signing up for a trial or subscribing, you ("the customer") agree to the following terms.

1. The service

We provide a ready-to-use website for your business based on the available prototypes, including hosting, an SSL certificate, a subdomain, maintenance and updates. Customization beyond the plan (custom setup) is offered separately for a one-time fee.

2. Sign-up

• The details you provide when signing up (name, business name, WhatsApp number, email) must be accurate and reachable.
• One trial applies to one business.
• We may decline sign-ups that are incomplete, cannot be verified, or indicate abuse.

3. Trial period

• The free trial lasts 7 days from the moment your trial website is set up, with no obligation to subscribe.
• Trial websites use a subdomain, are not indexed by search engines, and may have limited features.
• Custom domains are only available to paying customers.
• If you do not continue, the trial website is deactivated and its data is deleted after [to be decided: e.g. 14 days].

4. Pricing, payment & renewal

• Prices follow the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. The founding member discount applies as long as the subscription is not interrupted.
• Payment is made in advance per period (monthly or yearly) by bank transfer or QRIS.
• Renewal invoices are sent before the period ends. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended after the due date.
• Custom domain fees are paid yearly and the domain is registered in the customer's name.
• Refunds: [to be decided: refund policy, especially for yearly plans].

5. Cancellation

• You can stop at any time by not renewing. The website stays active until the end of the paid period.
• After a subscription ends or is suspended, website data is kept for 30 days so it can be reactivated, then deleted.
• You may request a copy of your content (text and images) before the data is deleted.

6. Prohibited content

Websites may not be used for, among other things:

• online gambling (including slots, lotteries and similar), fraud, or illegal investment schemes;
• phishing, impersonating banks or institutions, malware, or attempts to steal data;
• pornography, hate speech, or content that violates Indonesian law;
• selling illegal goods or services, prohibited drugs, or infringing other parties' intellectual property.

7. Right to suspend

We may suspend or terminate a website without a refund if a violation of section 6, abuse of the service, or a request from a competent authority is found. Where possible, we will notify you first.

8. Data & backups

We make regular backups as a safeguard. You are still advised to keep your own copies of important materials (logo, photos, text). Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

• We work to keep websites available and secure using industry-standard practices, but no system is completely free of disruption or risk.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or disruptions caused by third parties (for example hosting providers, networks or payment services).
• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid for the current period.
• Website content (text, images, product prices, business claims) is the customer's responsibility.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
